When will my order arrive?

All packages shipped within Canada are shipped from Victoria, BC, using Canada Post. Most packages do not include tracking. We aim to ship all packages within one week (5 business days) from order date. Delivery time varies by location and is estimated by Canada Post, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date on standard delivery.

Do you offer express shipping?

We do offer express shipping for an additional charge. This will include a tracking number and guaranteed delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. International orders are shipped by Canada Post, small packet air. No tracking information is provided. Delivery time takes on average between 6-10 business days, depending on location. We are not responsible for duties or customs fees.

Do you offer Local Pick up?

Customers local to Victoria, B.C are welcome to save on shipping and collect their order in person instead. Pickup details will be emailed to you once your order is ready for collection.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We offer in store credit or exchange for regular priced merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, still in original condition with original tags attached, within 14 days of receipt.

Please email us at info@heybaby.ca to arrange for return. We are not responsible for any shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages so encourage you to use a tracked service for your return.

How do I wash my trucker hat?

Although it is suggested to not wash your trucker hat, if you must wash it we recommend that you hand wash it in cold water and lay it on a towel to air dry. Our favourite detergent for getting out even the oldest and nastiest stains is a colour safe enzyme cleaner.
